Our intensive seminar introduces strategic negotiation skills step by step, beginning with scenarios of key characters involved in a variety of situations and identifying the different purposes of negotiations.

Learners are presented with specific language usage that pertains to bargaining, and are taken through series of role-playing and practice activities.

Participants are also taught to build confidence and competence.
